Store Manager
Full-Time, One-Site | Waynesboro Thrift
Our Thrift Stores are not simply retail spaces. They are places where God meets people, through donated goods stewarded with care, through volunteers discovering their gifts in ministry, and through everyday encounters where every person who walks through the door is treated as someone deeply loved by God.
We are praying for a Store Manager who senses God may be calling them into this ministry. This is a role for someone whose leadership and work flow from a living relationship with Jesus Christ, someone who sees a thrift store register, a volunteer schedule, and a stockroom not as ordinary tasks but as opportunities for the Kingdom to break in.
As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Love INC Thrift Store in Waynesboro, stewarding resources with integrity, shepherding staff and volunteers, and welcoming every customer as a neighbor deeply loved by God. Above all, you will help create a store environment that reflects the character of Christ: ordered, hospitable, dignifying, and mission-driven.

Store Assistant Manager

We are praying for an Assistant Manager who senses God may be calling them into this ministry. This is a role for someone whose work flows from a living relationship with Jesus Christ and who desires to serve alongside the Store Manager in leading the daily rhythms of the store.
As the Assistant Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to support staff and volunteers, steward resources with integrity, and help create a welcoming, mission-driven environment where every customer is treated with dignity and care.
